H2OMed

Privacy Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

In short

Information we collect

None. H2OMed does not ask you to create an account, does not request your name, email address, or any other identifying information, and has no backend server to send information to even if it wanted to.

The only information the app handles is what you enter yourself — a hydration goal, a reminder window, medication names and times, and your day-to-day logging (glasses drunk, doses marked taken, snoozed, or missed). This information is saved using your device's local, on-device storage and is never transmitted anywhere.

Notifications

H2OMed schedules reminders using your device's built-in local notification system. These are local notifications — generated and delivered entirely on your device — not push notifications routed through Apple, Google, or any third-party notification service. No reminder content or notification response is sent off your device.

Third parties

H2OMed does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software development kits. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, because we never collect it in the first place.

Data retention and deletion

Everything H2OMed stores lives in your device's app storage. Uninstalling the app removes it completely. There is no copy anywhere else to delete, because none was ever made.

Children's privacy

H2OMed does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.

Changes to this policy

If H2OMed's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an optional account or syncing feature — this page will be updated first, with a new effective date above, before that change ships.
